Yesterday: An introduction could knock you for six. You might not know quite what to say to someone whom you know has been emotionally wiped out in the not too distant past. Preparations for a trip could be your chosen displacement activity. Even here though you could find that someone wants to ‘help’ when in fact they want to discuss a private matter.

Today: Artistic friends could probably do with your help. You may be able to see commercial possibilities that they’ve missed. Your skill as a copy-writer could come into its own. During a short journey you might experience several incidents any one of which would be worth writing up for a magazine. You might also persuade someone who’s ‘in to administration’ to see the funny side of a regulation.

Tomorrow: Awareness that something is less than perfect could result in you focusing ever closer of what others haven’t done. This exercise could lead you to miss the opportunity to get to know a younger person better. This individual is likely to be hugely gifted (artistic probably) and might benefit from your wealth of experience. In pointing out flaws, you might also feel compelled to set an end-of-the-week deadline for there to be some improvement.

This Week: For the final time in many decades, Mars lies at right angle to Uranus which is concluding its transit of your opposite sign. That this takes place just as Mercury turns retrograde in another of the Water signs is not insignificant. At one level, you could feel let down by someone who fails to honour a commitment. It’s possible that you’ve known this was coming for some time. Those of your sign value loyalty and integrity above all else and yes, you could feel hurt and disappointed. That said, some repair could be carried out by next week’s Lunar Eclipse. As importantly with Saturn and Neptune aligning in the work zone of your solar chart, it may be that you are given new career focus. Unencumbered by the needs of someone who clearly does not put your needs first, you could focus on a new goal and within weeks, move ahead at speed.
