Financial matters might still be stalking you. You may also be sure that if you push hard enough, someone will bring the answers you crave midweek. You could be right. Even so, you need to be careful that you're not just hearing what you want to hear (which applies to affairs of the heart as well). On a constructive note, a younger person whose interests you've been fostering, could receive news that brings encouragement for you both (and reason to celebrate?).

Pressure increases and it may seem easier to tell people what they clearly want to hear. An unpalatable truth may need to be faced though – and that's that someone isn't up to a job and/or doesn't have the leadership qualities needed. In your private life, resisting the urge not to call someone to find out what's going on might not be possible. You run the risk of hearing what YOU don't want to hear then though.

It's highly likely that you really do have too much to do. Obviously much depends on what stage you're at in your career, but it may be that you're being given responsibility but don't yet have experience in a particular area. You need support. Rather than collapsing with exhaustion in the second half of the week, you perhaps need to ask more questions. There is a saying the best success comes from those who always have a plan B ready in case things go wrong. As Venus moves into Virgo at the end of this week, getting your Plan B ready (even if never used), and letting others know that you are thinking in terms of safety nets, makes clear that you are decidedly upping your career game.
