The point in all this is that your comfort zone seems about to be extended. Hiatus at work is likely and could have a profound impact. Do you feel you have sufficient power? Perhaps this isn't about power as such, but about authority and the need to make clear rules of engagement. It may be that you're concluding a project and that others want to know what you would like to do next. Do you know the answer? With Uranus about to leave your sign, this could be the optimum time for declaring a new interest or conversely, saying that you've come as far as you can and now want to move to new pastures.
