Virgo

24 Aug – 23 Sep

Date:

Yesterday: Happy New Year!Let’s hope you received both a calendar and a new contact book over the holidays. 2026 promises to be a busy year. It could get off to a flying start with people you’ve met recently wanting to arrange follow-up meetings coupled with your need to catch up with those who would further your interests. It seems likely you’ll travel far in the coming months. And that could be literal.

Date:

Today: This could be another of those days when others experience you as being ‘picky’ but where you notice little things that make all the difference. Proof-readers could find today hugely productive! On a different level, you may need to take less than perfect goods back to a shop. You might also feel the need to write a letter of complaint. A compliment from someone you see only rarely could boost your confidence.

Date:

Tomorrow: Sparks could fly. True, these could be of the financial kind. You might be as aware of the laws of attraction at work in a relationship though. You might as easily be repelled as compelled to get to know someone better. Challenged to defend an argument you could either get really hot under the collar or laugh uproariously and release tension. A witty text or email might take you just a minute to compose but leave others talking for hours.

Week:

This Week: It’s said that Virgos raise worry to art form. That may be particularly true around the Cancer Full Moon on Saturday (Jan 3rd). It would be wholly understandable if – in the first half of the week, – you were darting here there and everywhere putting out multiple fires. Is that really necessary? It’s perhaps more important that you take a deep breath. Breathing should be your top priority. Fact is that we are in the middle (yes, again!) of cosmic turbulence. In a few weeks and as viewed from Earth, Saturn and Neptune will appear aligned. This marks the start of a cycle that will last for several decades. There is no rush to get started. A considered and careful approach is advisable. In this you might yet be indebted to a Capricorn. Their risk assessment is usually measured, realistic and rarely allows possible pitfalls to impede progress – these are just obstacles to overcome. Soon after the Full Moon and fully rested, you can take first steps on a new path – confident in the knowledge that what you build next will be durable and appreciated.
