They might not know that you too are actually quite confused: the future might not be a place you want to habit just yet. Being near water, swimming or even gazing at fishes swimming in a bowl could help. In this setting you might also come up with a design plan.

Your role as a guide or teacher is set to become increasingly important. Over the next couple of days you could tune in to what's really frightening someone. Yes, others are likely to cry on your shoulder – which of course could be draining. The process could also teach you how important it is not to give full voice to problems and instead to talk about what's going well.

Mid week the Sun arrives at the Equinox and begins its annual transit of the base of your solar chart. This is where your heartstrings are pulled. The need to ensure that your nest is well protected takes priority even as there are pressing work issues to address. Excitement from Gemini, Libra and Aquarius colleagues and their need to know that you're on board without plans, could lead to frayed nerves in the first half of the week. Then, if you can organise some sanctuary time to process all that's been said and then work out how the needs of others can be dovetailed with your own, by close of play on Friday you could have a workable plan in place. What's interesting now that Jupiter is established in an area of your chart that is all about both finance and values, is just how determined you are to ensure that a team pulls together.
