Today: Professional relations could come under stress when it becomes clear that your vision for the future is at odds with others. Colleagues may seem able to blast away your ideas with their verbal skills and you may feel you’ve come off worse in a discussion. The opposite might be the case though. Someone who’s been watching on the sidelines could send you a message that makes it clear they value your contribution and that they feel your ideas should be backed.

Tomorrow: You may be right: you could be on the scent of something big. A ‘lucky’ strike is possible. There’s as great a likelihood that you could over-reach yourself. Though you might resist, the influence of a steadying hand could save you. Even whilst driving you could be going at things too fast and so ‘happen to an accident’. A chance meeting though could bring huge pleasure – as could family news.

This Week: Mercury, which has been retrograde in recent weeks, is now moving forward. It even appears to be picking up speed. You may have new ideas as to how you could put your best foot forward. First there is a Last Quarter Moon in your opposite sign on Thursday. This should signal – at the very least – the start of conclusion to problems that have beset you for the last couple of years. The challenge is to find a way of moving forward with someone who seems crystal clear about their intent but who has yet to accept that their decisions are impacting yours detrimentally. It’s probable that once Saturn enters neighbouring Aries in just a few weeks, fresh schedules (many financial), will have to be agreed. Much can be put in place prior to the New Moon on December 20 and necessary to obtain expert advice. Bringing a Gemini on board to help you navigate inevitable negotiations might help.
