Scorpio

24 Oct – 22 Nov

Date: Friday 10th July 2026

Pressure increases and it may seem easier to tell people what they clearly want to hear. An unpalatable truth may need to be faced though – and that's that someone isn't up to a job and/or doesn't have the leadership qualities needed. In your private life, resisting the urge not to call someone to find out what's going on might not be possible. You run the risk of hearing what YOU don't want to hear then though.

Date: Saturday 11th July 2026

Your Earth could move – and possibly as a result of revelations that will take some time to absorb. You may require certain facts to be clarified. A degree of excitement could bring out a fighting instinct in you: perhaps less because you need to be on the attack – more because you want to help someone younger to understand the importance of seizing the moment. The end result could be to displace you from usual activity and places.

Date: Sunday 12th July 2026

Your ability to focus on the questions that must be answered could be admired. Though not necessarily always associated with efficiency, you could excel today. A fillip to your love-life is possible when a pause for thought in conversation makes it clear that someone is putting your feelings high on their agenda. You might wish that a faceless person in a company dealing with an insurance or banking matter would do the same!

Week: Sunday 5th July – Saturday 11th July 2026

It's highly likely that you really do have too much to do. Obviously much depends on what stage you're at in your career, but it may be that you're being given responsibility but don't yet have experience in a particular area. You need support. Rather than collapsing with exhaustion in the second half of the week, you perhaps need to ask more questions. There is a saying the best success comes from those who always have a plan B ready in case things go wrong. As Venus moves into Virgo at the end of this week, getting your Plan B ready (even if never used), and letting others know that you are thinking in terms of safety nets, makes clear that you are decidedly upping your career game.
