You may have fallen into the role of referee between two warring factions. Though less than pleased that your efforts have come in for so much criticism, you might also be pleased that you have 'on-side' someone whose skills in a technical area are just what's needed.

A colleague's 'bullying' tactics could make it difficult for you to work. This might develop into a battle of wills. Part of the problem could be lack of written agreement. You might also feel that an issue is being fudged – again and again. Involvement in a project that starts around now and is due for completion by the end of March might fascinate you much more.

Information could be misleading. You may be left with half a story – yet still be required to action. You probably don't want to be involved at all. Yet it seems someone thinks you're the key to the success or otherwise of a project. Several times over you could feel 'on your own here kid' and be prompted to call someone who's travelling for their advice.

We are now in that curious period between eclipses when the geomagnetic field is altered. It's not unusual for people to adjust their direction – you included. This is a time when you could tune into new realities and dreams. Given that the coming Lunar Eclipse (not until 28th) is in another of the Mutable signs, formulating new desires seems more likely than not. And yes, this could have implications for your career. You might see pathways that weren't available before. It won't be so surprising if, mid week, someone approaches you with an idea which instantly captivates but wise not to sign on the dotted line just yet. There is due diligence to be carried out. Curb your enthusiasm and perhaps lower expectations just a little. This week is about considering options.
