You could ask some tough questions and hope that a certain person will accept some of the blame if things go wrong. You might also be preparing for a sea change at work. A project that's been in the planning stages for a couple of years may now be on the launch pad. Though not your scene, now may be the time to make lists of what still needs to be done.

Whilst you have no wish to be drawn into a power-struggle, someone's way of working may be so much at odds with your own, that you feel the need to say something. A close love-relationship could be tested when you're each left wondering whether outside affairs are taking priority. It's likely to take real effort to put the zest back into this union – though a trip away might help!

A decision may need to be made as to whether or not you want to pursue an adventure. This could be your 'get out' clause moment. That applies as much in your personal life as it does to your financial one. Tension in a relationship with a Virgo or Pisces is possible. But this area is also about research and development. It may be that you now know exactly what it is that you want to pursue. Given that the Sun and Jupiter (your ruling planet), reach their annual alignment this week, it's probable that you want to be enthused and don't want to be held back by anything. The momentum for change and for moving on will be strong. Though you might not be in a position to take action until after the lunar Eclipse at the end of August, the planning starts this week.
